RackPro is built and maintained by Next Gen Devs, a product engineering team that has worked directly with club owners to understand how a busy snooker or pool hall actually runs on a Friday night.
Club owners use RackPro to time every table session to the second and bill it at the right rate — hourly, per frame, or peak-hour pricing — without a stopwatch or a paper register.
Table time, canteen orders, and add-ons roll into one itemised bill that can be split between players and settled in seconds, with receipts sent over WhatsApp. The same system handles online and walk-in bookings, tournaments and leagues with live scoring, staff shifts and roles, member credit plans and gift cards, inventory, and revenue analytics across multiple floors and branches.
Most cue-sports venues still run on handwritten logs, generic restaurant POS systems, or spreadsheets. That leads to missed minutes, disputed bills, and no clear picture of which tables or hours make money. RackPro exists to give these clubs software designed around the table, not the till.
